DeepDesk uses an infrastructure based on Api Tokens to integrate with other systems.
An example of an integration could be with an e-commerce portal with that we can integrate our support portal.
Another example is the integration with a CRM software, from that insert the users.
Thank to the “Connector” module, DeepDesk allows the integration with other softwares and the Api Tokens are unique tokens to identify the login process to the API only allowing enabled tools.
To configure the API Tokens, go to the menu System > Tools > Api Tokens.
