Log into DeepDesk
To log into DeepDesk use your favourite web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.) and type the URL where the software is installed.
In the login screen insert your username and password, provided by the system administrator.
Note: If there is an LDAP Integration (Active Directory, Open LDAP, etc.) you will see the menu to choose your domain. If the login credentials provided have a domain, then you have to select the right item in this field.
Every user can access the system with a role, that depends on the configuration of your user:
- Administrator: has access to the complete configuration of the system.
- Agent: can edit records and access the back-end portal, can also edit some settings like grids or forms.
An Agent cannot access the configuration screens of the system.
- Key User: can edit records and access the back-end portal but cannot edit any settings.
- End User: can access only the user portal.
For further information about users, please read the guide Users Configuration.
The first screen after the login is called the startup page. Users that can access the back-end portal, usually are redirected to the Dashboard; End Users that access only the user portal will be redirected to the user portal home page.
