Reset User Password
To edit the password of a user go to the user details form, by clicking on the menu System > Permissions > Users.
Once selected the user, fill the fields Password and Password Confirmation with the same password. Then, save the record with the button “Save” or “Apply”.
If passwords corresponds and are valid we have changed the user password.
Note: if the user is imported from LDAP (Active Directory or Open LDAP) then the password cannot be modified by DeepDesk, but from the LDAP settings of your Domain Controller.
You can allow a user to edit autonomously his password in the end user portal.
